An award winning professional educator (Ohio Special Education Teacher of the year 1990), professional developer, and teacher at various levels of K-12 education both regular and special education.Dr. Adedapo received her doctorate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education from the College of Education at The Ohio State University. After her Ph.D. program, Dr. Adedapo became an adjunct professor at the Ohio State University and at the same time carried on with her role as a Master Teacher with the Teacher Advancement Program (TAP). Currently, she is a Teacher on special assignment as a Common Core and College & Career Readiness Specialist focusing on English & Language Arts, part of the new Common Core State Standards. She has been teaching for over 30 years both in Nigeria and USA.

Dr. Sabrina Black earned a BA Psychology, Wayne State University, MA Counseling, Wayne State University, and HD Counseling Psychology, International School of Ministry, Detroit, Michigan. In private practice, Dr. Black runs the Abundant Life Counseling Center that provides outpatient mental health to individuals needing mental care. Dr. Black has served as expert talent on several video-based training projects including: Domestic Violence, Divorce Care, Grief Share, and Single Parenting. A national and international speaker for conferences, retreats and workshops Sabrina has over 25+ years of leadership experience in corporate, university, church and non-profit sectors. She is the founder of Global Projects for Hope, Help and Healing (GPH3) a non-profit 501c3 Missions Agency that has served on 5 of 7 continents. Sabrina is a modern day abolitionist in the fight against Human Trafficking. Through her services as Vice Chair of MIRRC - Michigan Rescue and Restore Coalition they have brought awareness to the issue of Human Trafficking globally.A professor, counselor, mentor, life coach, international humanitarian and a published author of five books and six workbooks, Dr. Black is the recipient of the Great Commission Humanitarian of the Year Award, Who’s Who in Black Detroit, 2010 Spirit of Detroit Award, the 2011 Community Icon Award and the 2011 Kingdom Dreamer Award for Global Impact and the 2012 Excellence in Teaching Award. Dr. Rosaire Ifedi, Assistant Professor of foundations, inquiry and community education, at Ashland University. She received a doctorate from Ashland University (Ohio) and a Master’s degree from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka. She examines the intersections of race, identity, gender, and achievement in the lives of immigrant, transnational, and second language learners as well as in the professional lives of those who educate them. She is author of African-born women faculty in the United States: Lives in contradiction (Edwin Mellen Press, New York, 2008). Dr. Ifedi teaches graduate program courses in curriculum, qualitative inquiry, and global perspectives in education. She organizes and manages study abroad program to London, England and other countries.Dr. Ifedi’s teaching and administrative experiences include work at Central State University, Wilberforce, Ohio; Wilberforce University Wilberforce, Ohio; Columbus Public Schools; Ohio Correctional Education System; and high (Secondary) schools and Universities in Nigeria. She has written and presented professional papers at national and international levels. Dr. Ifedi is a lifelong community organizer and humanitarian.

As Founder, CEO and President of ”Purposeful Decisions” Consulting and Asset Management Services, LLC, Mr. Adeyeye has worked and lived in the Columbus, Ohio area for more than 20 years.As a Financial Planner, Mr. Adeyeye focuses on Retirement Planning; Business Valuation and Management; Distribution Planning, Investment Planning and Analysis; Risk Management, Asset Management, and Estate Planning. Mr. Adeyeye recently completed the prestigious Certified Financial Planner examination requirements and he is in the process of becoming “Board certified” once he completes his residency. Mr. Adeyeye served close to 15 years in the financial industry, including consulting for several Fortune 100 companies such as Metropolitan Life Insurance and Nationwide Financials. He also served as a Senior Performance Consultant at Nationwide. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Frank Eguaroje is currently employed at Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio, where he teaches humanities and Honors classes. Originally from Nigeria, Frank Eguaroje got his Bachelor’s degree in Education and Art from the University of Ife (now renamed Obafemi Awolowo University) in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He got his Master’s degree from the University of South Carolina at Colombia, and a doctorate from The Ohio State University, with a focus on African art, cultural history and public policy. Prior to his appointment at Wright State University, he served as the curator of the Mattye Reed African Heritage Center at North Carolina A &T State University in Greensboro and was the education Chief and Curator of African Art at the National Afro-Amerian Musuem and Cultural Center in wilberforce, Ohio.Over the years, Frank organized numerous art exhibitions accompained by detailed catalogues. The Royal Art Benin, Symbols of Power and Kingship, Yoruba Art and Ile Ere, are among some of his exhibition catalogues. Furthermore, Frank has been involved in a series of activities aimed at promoting multicultural education and cross- cultural research through seminars, workshops and publications. He has established The African Forum at Wright State University whose mission is to generate a variety of discourses on African contemporary issues.

Dr Anku Golloh is an artist, a teacher, art educator, and an entrepreneur and has been in the business of art and design for the past 35 years. He has made several presentations on African contemporary art and socio-economic and cultural issues at conferences, workshops and seminars in Ghana, Britain, Cuba, Germany, USA, France, Canada and the United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.), where he also exhibited his artworks. Dr. Anku Golloh holds interdisciplinary Masters and Ph.D. degrees in Art & Design, Vocational and Art Education from The Ohio State University, Columbus Ohio, USA. He completed his Bachelor of Arts and Postgraduate Diploma degrees in Art and Art Education at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology in Ghana, West Africa. He also holds Certificates in Marketing Management & Business Development from the Management Development & Productivity Institute, and Strategic Management from the Ghana Institute of Management & Public Administration in Ghana.Between 1986–1992 he was the Curator of the National Art Collections of the Arts Council of Ghana. From 1997-2001 he was the facilitator and instructor of the Graphic Arts program at Shawnee High School in Orient, Ohio, USA. For four years, 2001 – 2004 he was also the facilitator and assistant professor of the BA Graphic and Interior Design programs, and Acting Dean at the College of Design & Applied Arts, University of Dubai. He was Adjunct Assistant Professor in Digital Media at the College of Fine Arts, University of Sharjah and Area Manager of the Middle East for London Academy of Higher Education in Dubai.
From 2007 - 2009 he was the CEO of Creative Connection Advertising, editor-in-chief and publisher of EXPORTAfrica magazine, now GATEWAYAfrica magazine in Dubai . This is a bi-monthly magazine that provides valuable insight into trade, tourism and culture, investment and business opportunities on the continent of Africa. Currently the art director of EXTENSIONAfrica magazine and correctional educator with the State of Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Correction.

Mr. Gruber is currently an Associate Professor and Program Coordinator for the Aviation Maintenance Technology at Columbus State Community College. Prior to teaching full time, he ran his own consulting firm focusing on corporate aircraft maintenance. Over the last thirty years he has held the following positions; Chief of Maintenance for several FAR 91 operations, Maintenance Supervisor and Director of Maintenance for FAR 135 and 145 operations, Lead Mechanic and Inspector at a Commuter Airline, and Airport Operations & Safety Officer.Jeff has an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Columbus State and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle. He holds an FAA Airframe & Powerplant Mechanic Rating (A&P) with Inspection Authorization (IA), Private Pilot ASEL, and Designated Mechanic Examiner (DME).
Jeff is a long time member of the Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA) serving as Vice-Chairman (2010- Present), Great Lakes Regional Director (2006-2009), and Chairman of the Government and Technical Issues Committee, Has is a founding member of the Central Ohio Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (COPAMA) and has held the offices of Vice President and Secretary for the Central Ohio PAMA Chapter and is currently serving on the Board of Directors.
Jeff also serves as an FAA Safety Team (FAASTeam) Lead Representative conducting safety seminars and counseling for both Pilots and Mechanics. Jeff was awarded the 2013 FAASTeam Representative of the year for the Columbus Flight Standards District Office.
Jeff has also worked closely with law enforcement in the adaption of specific techniques and training. Jeff was instrumental in the creation of the Counter-Terror Training Unit and served as an instructor.

A trained physician from Germany, Dr. Heeren has an MBBSc from Freie University, an MSc in Environmental Epidemiology from London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine, a PhD in Statistics from University of Fort Hare, South Africa, and postdoctoral training in Health Psychology from University of Pennsylvania and has conducted public health and HIV research in South Africa for over 20 years.Dr. Heeren has considerable experience in teaching and mentoring young people both in Southern Africa and the USA. Currently, she serves in the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Mr. Opicka is the Executive Director of Community Hope, a not for Profit 501 c3 corporation based in Dayton, Ohio. He has over 30 years’ experience in farming with the first ten years of his life spent in industry as a tool maker. This provided him with a wide range of education in all phases of manufacturing. Later, he became a Manufacturing Engineer working in all phases of engineering required for manufacturing products, designing and supervising the fabrication of machines and tooling.Mr. Opicka's desire to teach enabled him to transfer his knowledge to younger students while teaching in Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio. His continued desire to share his knowledge in this area has taken him to several countries, including Bangladesh (1975), Nigeria (1978, 1999, and 2006) and Kenya (2007). These travels have given Mr. Opicka an education in the need for the improvement of food production and food preservation in many developing countries.
In Nigeria, he has visited villages in Cross Rivers, Kwara where he worked with a group of farmers in Avedun demonstrating the use of Rototiller and other low tech equipment. In 2000, he met with former President Obasanjo at Wilberforce University, Ohio and discussed opportunities for rural development in Nigeria. Lately, he spent three months working with the Masai people of Kenya. Mr. Opicka has a tool making apprenticeship certificate and graduated as a journey-Man tool maker in 1957. He also has a B.S. degree in Business Administration (Labor Economics) from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio.

Stephen M. Hills is Emeritus Faculty of Management and Human Resources in the Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University. His research is in international business and employment relations. Professor Hills currently serves as Faculty Director of International Programs in the college. He has a BA from the College of Wooster and a PhD from the University of Wisconsin.He has published four books and has done research in Russia, Mexico, and China. He has traveled throughout Latin America and Southern Africa on behalf of the College. In 2006 he was a Fulbright Scholar, living and teaching for the year at the University of Namibia, Windhoek, Namibia. He lived and worked for three years in Canada and for two years in Venezuela. He belongs to the Phi Beta Kappa honorary society.

A senior Fulbright Fellow, Professor Spencer-Walters is the former Chair of the Department of Africana Studies, and currently, Chair of the University Writing Council, and Coordinator of the African Studies Interdisciplinary Program, at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). An expert in English and Communication Studies, curriculum development and standardized test evaluations, he taught for many years in institutions of higher learning in Sierra Leone, Zimbabwe, South Africa and the USA. Prof. Spencer-Walters has authored several books, articles, and book chapters, and has made many scholarly presentations at conferences in the U.K., Africa, and the USA.He is past president of the CSUN Chapter of Phi Beta Delta (PBD), the International Society of Scholars. He received his doctorate in Communications from the University of Washington in Seattle.
