A discussion of how verbal exchange or conversation affects learning, and the interrelation between classroom discourse and student learning. It also discusses how different variables such as motion, body language, attitude, disposition, classroom configurations, and confidence affect classroom discourse. Participants will discover how classroom discourse leads to multiple approaches to problem solving as well as how to plan discussion-based lessons
