Dates: February 23-24, 2024; April 27-28, 2024 and May 25-25, 2024. 

The difference between knowing and teaching is communication” (Hurt, Scott, & McCroskey, 1978). Hence, this course introduces what and why of Instructional Communication (IC). Learning theories, advantages and disadvantages of instructional communication, principles, and practices of instructional communication. In addition, lesson plans for teaching using the IC, principles and practices, classroom management, assessment methods of instructional communication in the classroom and equipping teachers (practical steps) in the use of instructional communication will be addressed.
