This course is designed to introduce nonprofit management, covering the key principles and practices of effective nonprofit management. In this course, you will learn about the unique characteristics of nonprofit organizations and the role they play in society. You will learn about the different types of nonprofit organizations and their structures, including boards of directors, executive leadership, and staff. You will also learn about the legal and regulatory framework that governs nonprofits, including tax-exempt status, fundraising regulations, and reporting requirements.

The course will cover key principles of nonprofit management, including strategic planning, financial management, and fundraising. You will learn about how to build and manage effective teams, how to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies, and how to develop and manage budgets.

Throughout the course, you will have access to case studies and real-world examples of successful nonprofit organizations, and you will have the opportunity to engage in discussions with other students about the challenges and opportunities of nonprofit management.
